How far in advance should we book rentals for our corporate event?
We recommend contacting Jumpin' Jacks as early as possible, especially for large company picnics, summer celebrations and popular weekend dates. Booking early gives you the best opportunity to reserve your preferred attractions. Availability varies by event date and rental item.
Do you deliver and set up equipment at corporate events?
Yes! Our team handles professional delivery, setup and takedown of your rental equipment. We'll coordinate the delivery and pickup details with you based on your event schedule and location.
How much space do we need for inflatable attractions?
Space requirements depend on the attractions you choose. Large obstacle courses, water slides and mechanical rides may require additional room for safe setup and guest access. Let us know your venue and available space so we can help identify suitable rental options.
Do your rentals require electricity or generators?
Yes! All inflatable attractions require access to electrical power during use. Power requirements vary by item, and generators may be needed when suitable electrical outlets aren't available. As a rule of thumb, each inflatable needs a 15amp circuit within 100ft of the set up location. We will provide the extension cord. For inlfatables with multiple pieces we will need multiple 15amp circuits.
Can we rent multiple attractions for one large company event?
Absolutely! You can combine attractions such as obstacle courses, mechanical bulls, carnival games, dunk tanks and bounce houses to create a larger event experience. We can help you explore a rental lineup that fits your guest count, event space and budget.
Do you provide rentals for adults and children?
Yes. We offer a variety of attractions suitable for different age groups, including mechanical bulls, obstacle courses, carnival games and family-friendly inflatables. Individual attractions have their own participant requirements, so we'll help you choose options appropriate for your expected guests.
What happens if the weather is bad on our event date?
Weather conditions can affect whether certain attractions can be operated safely, particularly during high winds or severe weather. If the forecast looks concerning, contact our team to discuss your event and the applicable rental and weather policies.
