Birthday Party FAQs.
From choosing the right inflatable to planning delivery, setup and park parties, here are answers to some common questions families have before the big day.
Tell us about your party date, location, birthday child and guest list and we'll help point you in the right direction.
Call (707) 578-1140What kind of inflatable is best for a birthday party?
It depends on the birthday child, guest list and kind of party you're planning. Bounce houses are a classic choice, combo bouncers add more ways to play, obstacle courses are great for active groups, and water slides are a fun option for warm-weather celebrations.
How far in advance should I reserve a birthday party rental?
Reserving early is recommended, especially when you have a specific inflatable or party date in mind. Popular equipment and busy dates can book up, so planning ahead gives you the best opportunity to choose the rental that fits your celebration.
Does Jumpin' Jacks deliver and set up the inflatable?
Yes. Jumpin' Jacks delivers and professionally sets up inflatable rentals, then returns for takedown and pickup. That means less equipment-related work for you on the birthday.
Can the inflatable be delivered before the birthday party?
For residential rentals, day-before delivery and day-after pickup may be available, depending on the booking and delivery schedule. This can give your family more time to enjoy the rental around the birthday celebration.
Can I have a bounce house birthday party at a park?
Park and public-space events may be possible, but requirements vary by location. Before booking, check the park's rules regarding inflatables, permits, access and available power. You can also call Jumpin' Jacks to discuss the location and rental you're considering.
Do you have water slides for summer birthday parties?
Yes. Water slides are a popular option for warm-weather birthdays and can turn a backyard celebration into a splash party. Browse the available water slide rentals to find an option for your event.
Are the inflatables cleaned between rentals?
Jumpin' Jacks cleans and sanitizes inflatable rental equipment so it arrives ready for your celebration. Clean equipment is an important part of preparing rentals for the next family and event.
What should I consider when choosing a rental for different ages?
Consider the ages of the birthday child and guests, the amount of space at your party location, and the kind of activity they enjoy. Younger groups may love classic bouncing, while older or highly active kids may enjoy combo units, slides or obstacle-style attractions. If you're unsure, call us and tell us about your group.
