Contact Free Delivery

We have implemented a completely contact free delivery for residential deliveries. The closest our staff will be to you and your guest is a knock on your door to let you know we have arrived. Ordering, signing contract, payment, and set up and take down can be done now without any face to face interaction.

Step one: Order online or by Phone
You can order directly online or by calling us at 707-578-1140. Just let us know under customer comments at check out or over the phone where we should be setting up and which way you would like the bounce house to face. If possible, reply to your confirmation email with a picture of the set up location and we will add that to the delivery notes for your delivery crew. We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Step Two: Sign your Rental Agreement
After paying your deposit online there will be a link generated to sign your rental agreement for your event. If ordering by phone you will receive a link in your confirmation email. Please immediately review your rental agreement and sign. This must be signed in advanced before we can deliver and set up your rental.

Step Three: Payment
You can pay either a 20% deposit at time of booking or the complete balance. The remaining balance is due at time of delivery and we charge the card on file on the day of your event. If you would like to pay the remaining balance in cash please let us know in the customer comments or over the phone and we will go over cash payment process.

Step Four: Event Day
The day before your event you will receive a call from us with our estimated delivery and pick up times as well as an email with a link to our safety rules and a few other reminders. When we arrive for set up the day of your event we will knock on your door and back up to let you know we have arrived. Once you let us know the set up area is clear, we will proceed to set up and re-sanitize your inflatable. We will knock on the door again once the inflatable is ready for use. At pick up we will knock on the door and wait until you have cleared the inflatable area of guests and then once we receive the okay we will proceed to sanitize and take down the inflatable.
