Jumpin' Jacks Customer Rewards Program
Jumpin' Jacks Rewards is a customer loyalty program that rewards points for discounts on future rentals. We also offer a referral program where if you refer customers to us you receive rewards points if the person referred uses your unique coupon code at check out! Check out the frequently asked questions below for more information on the rewards program.
You don't have to do a thing! Everyone automatically earns rewards and its saved to your customer profile. At your next rental you will be offered any discounts you have earned. If you don't want to use your points you can keep stocking them for bigger discounts in the future!
Once you have earned points, at your next rental checkout you will be offered any discounts you have earned. If you order by phone we will let you know what your point balance and available discounts available as well. Just select any discount desired and it will be applied on the payment screen.
Yes, your reward points expire after one year from your latest rental. Example: You rent January 1st and earned 200pts. The points would expire the following January 1st. If you rent again for July 4th the expiration date resets and the new expiration is July 4th of the following year.
No you can not gift your points to another customer. Your reward points are saved and only usable for your customer profile.
Either email us at info@jumpinjacks.com OR give us a call. We will set up a unique coupon code for your account to give out. Whenever someone books and utilizes your code, you will receive 200 reward points!

As supporters of your organization use your code we will redeem your points and donate to your cause at the end of every month. Every referral code redeemed will result in a $10 donation.
