How Jumpin Jacks Cleans our Inflatables
Jumpin Jacks takes the health and safety of your children and guests seriously. We are a family owned and operated company and set up every rental as if we were setting it up for our own family and friends. This means at set up we will go inside and always re-sanitize the unit and re-vacuum if needed. At take down we will always go inside and vacuum out all the leaves, dirt, and debris then follow with sanitizing and wiping down the walls, floor, and entrance/exit of the inflatable bounce house So it is available for the next party.
For larger units where cleaning and sanitizing is not possible on site at pick up/set up we will re-set up the inflatable at our warehouse and do a complete top to bottom cleaning of the inflatable.

Corona Virus Update
We are always looking at updating our policies and procedures to the best possible practices. Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak we want to assure our customers that we are utilizing disinfectants and procedures that will assist in protecting both you and our staff. In accordance with practicing social distancing we are now offering "contact-less delivery" and following the guidelines introduced by the county for reopening.
Currently we are unable to set up at any parks in accordance to the guidelines. We will update this as guidelines change.
What is Contact-Free Delivery?
We offer the ability for you to pay in advanced online with your credit card as well as reviewing and signing our safety-rules and rental agreement. After ordering we will need you to reply to your confirmation email with a picture of where you would like us to set up the inflatable, where you would like the inflatable to face, and where we can plug in. Upon arrival our staff will knock on your door and then step back off of the porch to keep a 6-foot distance and let you know we have arrived for set up. At that point we will go ahead and set up the inflatable(s). Once set up is done we will disinfect the inflatable again and it will need 10-15 minutes to air-dry. We will knock on the door again to let you know we have finished set up and remind you to let the inflatable(s) air dry for 10-15 minutes before use.
