Wonderful company, super easy to work with, great customer service, and the team that came to set up the bounce house were super friendly and professional. The bounce house was super clean and in immaculate shape. Perfect for my son’s sixth birthday party, it was a huge hit. 10/10, would 100% recommend and will absolutely use them in the future.

The entire process was super easy and simple. I booked online without any issues. I was contacted well ahead of time to confirm the time for delivery and pickup. The crew arrived right on schedule and set up the bounce house for my son’s birthday party. He and his friends had a blast. The house was clean and we had no issues at all. Will definitely use Jumpin Jacks again.

Jumpin Jacks was awesome! They answered the phone right away and answered all of my questions. They got me in with super short notice. The guys setting up were super friendly. I feel like it was a great deal and the kids loved it!

We decided to rent a jump house with a slide for a party for our little one. There are a number of companies out there to choose from and it was a little overwhelming. The websites out there can be confusing and detail limited but I found their site was well organized and easy to navigate. This company was wonderful! We had to postpone the party a few months ago on very short notice and they were more than understanding and rescheduling was easy and stress free. They also answered all my questions I had beforehand too. The day of delivery and set up went great. They were professional, knowledgeable, quick and polite. They explained to us how everything worked and put down a big tarp underneath. We added a couple on the sides just to help ensure everything stayed as clean as possible. The jump house was clean and exactly what you’d expect. The blower worked flawlessly and the entire thing pumps up really quickly. The kids had a great time and we’re so glad we got the water slide option as it was HOT on the day of our party. The following day for pick up went effortlessly too. They arrived and rolled it all up in no time and went on their way. We would definitely rent from these guys again in the future! I wish we had got a jump house for our wedding reception a few years ago!

Amazing Bouncing Castle Experience! I rented the Jumping Jack Bouncing Castle for my daughter’s 2nd birthday, and it was perfect! The setup was fast, and the castle was spotless and secure. The kids had so much fun, and it kept them entertained for hours. My daughter was thrilled — she didn’t want to stop jumping! The company was professional, on time, and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a stress-free, fun party!
