It was an incredibly smooth experience from securing the rental all the way through setup and pickup. I really appreciated their flexibility in working with our 2-acre property—especially taking the time to use extension cords and ensure everything was safely connected to an active power source. Booking online was simple. Confirmation once it was booked via text. Leading up to event communication was great. Set up / take down was about and hour- so fast! During pick up I wish I got a heads up text they were arriving, like drop off. The price was great! My son and his friends loved it so much! I will be booking again.

2nd year in a row using this company and both times we were very happy. The company is closed on the holiday that we use the jump house so they drop and set up the house a day ahead and pick up a day after with no extra charge. Popcorn and icee machines worked great and we got the combo jump house with water slide and the kids could not get enough of it! We will definitely use this company again next year.

Was able to book Jumpin Jacks within the same week as our event! Kids had an absolute blast! Communication was wonderful & they made drop off/pick up SO EASY! Highly recommend to my Windsor/Santa Rosa people if you need to rent a jump house!

This is our 2nd year using jumping jacks for our bounce house rental. Both bounce houses that we have rented in the past 2 years have been very nice quality. The rental process was super easy, and the employees that set up the bounce house and picked it up were very nice and professional. I definitely recommend this company for your future events.
